Logistics Customer Service
The primary responsibilities of the prospective team member include:
• Maintaining customer relationships and sharing information related to dispatches both internally and externally
• Processing customer orders • Planning deliveries on internal and partner portals
• Tracking deadlines and initiating internal escalations when necessary
• Maintaining basic data (in ERP and customer databases)
• Supporting production planning
• Reviewing invoices (freight bills)
• Regularly checking and processing EDI data
• Preparing shipping and customs documents in the ERP and other programs
• Organizing transportation, handling administrative tasks
• Liaising with freight carriers and authorities
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
• A degree in economics or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics at a manufacturing company
• Experience in a similar role
• Proficient in English and/or German
• Organizational skills
• Ability to recognize situations and act accordingly
